Legal requirements

Minimum residency for wedding ceremonies is three working days
Copies of birth certificates and 10 year passports are required
If your name has been changed by Deed Poll, legal proof is required
If adopted, adoption papers are required
If divorced, Decree Absolute
If widowed, death certificate of former spouse and previous marriage certificate must be produced
Age – if either of you are under 18 years, evidence of parent's consent in the form of an affidavit notarised by a notary public will be required
Copies of all mentioned documents will be required six weeks prior to departure, original documents are to be hand-carried in resort
