Legal requirements
- Minimum residency for wedding ceremonies is three working days
- Copies of birth certificates and 10 year passports are required
- If your name has been changed by Deed Poll, legal proof is required
- If adopted, adoption papers are required
- If divorced, Decree Absolute
- If widowed, death certificate of former spouse and previous marriage certificate must be produced
- Age – if either of you are under 18 years, evidence of parent's consent in the form of an affidavit notarised by a notary public will be required
- Copies of all mentioned documents will be required six weeks prior to departure, original documents are to be hand-carried in resort
