St Lucia is perfect for romantics, a lush island famous for its twin peaks, the giant volcanic Pitons. Legal requirements
- Minimum residency for wedding ceremonies is four working days
- Copies of birth certificates and 10 year passports are required
- If your name has been changed by Deed Poll, legal proof is required
- If divorced, Decree Absolute
- If widowed, death certificate of former spouse and previous marriage certificate must be produced
- Couples must be 18 or over
- Copies of all mentioned documents will be required six weeks prior to departure, original documents are to be hand-carried in resort
